50gms soya flour ๐ŸŒพ

50gms wheat flour ๐ŸŒพ

1 tbsp psyllium husk

salt to taste

1tbsp green chutney

30gms cheese ๐Ÿง€

50gms tomato ๐Ÿ…

50gms potato ๐Ÿฅ”

50gms capsicum

50gms cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’

10gms butter

Method

Step 1

Use the wheat and soya flour to make chapatties. Add salt to taste and husk to make them softer. Use warm water to bind the dough.

Step 2

Make chapatties, cook n keep aside.

Step 3

On a heated pan, add gms butter. place chapatti, spread some green chutney, cover with a layer of sliced boiled potatoes and capsicum, grate half the cheese and cover with the nd chapatti.

Step 4

for the nd layer, add the tomato ๐Ÿ… and cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ slices, grate the remaining cheese and cover with the rd chapatti.

Step 5

cover and cook on low flame for minutes.

Step 6

flip and repeat on the other side.

Step 7

the heat melts the cheese n helps hold everything in place.
