firstly, boil some water and soak soya chunks in it for min.
side by side, chop all the vegetables in medium size
heat a pan, add some olive oil.
now put all the vegetables in the pan and fry them
take out the soya chunks, and squeeze all the access water from it, then chop the boiled soya chunks into small size and add them in the pan with vegetables
once the vegetables are fried well, add some salt as per your taste, tbsp red chilli powder, tbsp turmeric powder.
garnish it with some boiled quinoa seeds and serve it hot
