Soya chunks 50 gms
Kabuli Chana 25 gms
Oil/ghee 5 gms
Ginger grated
Salt to taste
Jeera powder
Green chilli finely chopped
Curry leaves
Boil the soya chunks and drain the water. Alternatively soak in cold water for mins and drain
Grind above soya chunks to a paste
Soak Chana for at least hrs
Boil the Chana in a cooker, - whistles
Grind the boiled chana
Mix everything together
Heat ghee/oil in a frying pan/tava
Make cutlets of the mixture and fry on pan both sides
Enjoy with dhania or pudina chutney 🙂
