1. Soyachunks: 50 grams 2. Potato: 100 grams 3. Semolina (sooji): 5 grams 4. Ghee: 5 grams
-Boil soya chunks & grind -Mash boil potatoes to bind -Mix herbs, chop some onion and coriander in it -Salt to taste -Mix it well and shape into a chaap -Coat it with Semolina (sooji) -Preheat the pan, brush with ghee and place the chaap until it is cooked. Dish is ready, enjoy...... 😊
