Soya Chunks - 50gms
Butter : 10gms
Tomato: 50gm
Onion: 50gm
Green Chillies : 1-2
Hing : 1/8tsp
Jeera powder : 1/4 - 1/8 tsp
Corriander powder : 1/4-1/8tsp
Garam Masala : 1/2-1 tsp
Turmeric powder (optional)
Red chilli powder : As per your spice level
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1/2 tsp

Boil soya chunks
Allow the soya chunks to cool down
Completely squeeze out excess water from Soya Chunks
Either cut soya chunks into fine pieces or Grind it (I prefer to grind soya chunks)
Heat Pan and add butter
Add green chilli , finely chopped Onion and ginger garlic paste and hing
Fry till onion turns gold brown/translucent
Add finely chopped tomato and fry for sometime
Add all the masala items (turmeric , chilli powder , jeera powder , corriander powder, garam masala)
Salt as per taste
Add Grinded soya chunks and mix it well
Cook it on low flame for mins
Add lemon for taste and garnish with coriander
