Tomatoes 30gm onion 20gm capsicum 40gm mustard oil 1tbspn ginger garlic paste- half spoon and turmeric for color salt as per taste
Soak soyachunks in hot water and salt, after a while grind all the soyachunks. Chop all the vegetables. Take a pan, add tbspn mustard oil and bring to heat. Add onion after sec add capsicum and fry, then add the spices altogether and fry for a while, now add tomatoes and fry after a while add the grinded soyachunks and stir fry for a while. you can make it crispy too. you can also add different vegetables or can garnish with. and enjoy...😀
