Ingredients

soya granules 69 gm boiled and squeezed

tomatoes 130 gm chopped roughly

veggies (methi leaves,capsicum)100 gm

mushrooms 65 gm

ghee 3 gm

Method

Step 1

heat ghee and put some jeera (cumin seeds) let it crackled

Step 2

now add veggies and sauted them for mins and add mushrooms and cook

Step 3

add tomatoes and sprinkle some salt and cooked them

Step 4

now add turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,red chilli

Step 5

now add soya granules and mixed it properly add coriander leaves
