Ingredients: Soya chunks - 30 gm, Boiled beet root - 70 gm Shredded cheese - 20 gm Olive oil - 3 ml Coriander, and green onion as per taste Seasoning: Chaat masala, oregano, red chilli flakes
How to: . Roast dry soya chunks (do not boil) on a medium flame until golden brown (make sure not to over roast) Put aside in a bowl to cool down for a good crunch. . Chop boiled beet root, green onion, and coriander . Add olive oil, chaat masala to the soya chunks. Mix well. . Add all chopped veggies, remaining chaat masala, oregano, and chilli flakes as per your taste. (Note: I like more tangy flavor so I added more chaat masala and skipped salt. You can add salt if you like) . Garnish with shredded cheese. Ready to eat! Enjoy! 😊
