- Roast the Soya Chunks/Granules in gm of butter untill they change colour and become crispy. - Add Chopped Onion, Tomato and Green Chilli to the Soya Chunks and Sautee for a minute. - Add Salt and your choice of masala. - Sprinkle with lemon and Chat masala. - Your tasty and Healthy snack is ready.
