Roast soya nd gram flour mixture on low flame till it turns aromatic brown
Add ghee to the mixture nd further roast till it becomes golden brown
Allow the mixture to cool nd add sugar( crushed) powder nd stevia according to taste ( have made with / sugar nd / stevia mix), sugar can b completely replaced with stevia according to taste.
Roll the balls/ laddooos from the mixture. I made small laddoos from the complete mixture laddooo piece - cals P:F:C- ././.
