soya flour 30 gm

besay flour 35 gm

curry leaves, sesame, oil, asafoetida

ginger, green chilli,mustard seeds

Method

Step 1

Mix flour and add salt, green chilli and ginger paste. Add water and make a thick batter Pour into a greased thali and steam it for about minutes. Now heat the oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida. Now once the mustard seed crackle add this over the steamed dhokla. Enjoy a instant and tasty dish.
