onion and capsicum chopped 30 gm
grate potato and mix with soya chunks powder
add salt,chilli powder, carrom seeds and chopped veggies
and keep it for min and mixture is ready
spread this mixture on hot tawa
now scrap this mix and keep this thick mixture
make balls of this mixture
put appe pan on gas stove and add ghee
add balls and cooks for to minutes on low flame
flip the ball and roast from another side
serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
