Raw Soya chunks 40 gm
Raw Potato 160 gm
Finely chopped coriander, chilli, and onions handful
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and salt to taste
Boil soya chunks and squeeze out water thoroughly then mash with hand or coarsely pulse grind in mixer.
Boil and mash potatoes. Then mix all the ingredients and make small size cutlets and fry pan fry them until golden brown.
