50g Paneer
40g soya
1 whole wheat tortilla/roti
Veggies of your choice
Calorie free Mayo
8g butter or oil
First to make the filling, sauté paneer and soya with g of butter
Keeping that aside, then sauté your veggies and some tomato purée to form a paste like consistency
Make one tortilla or roti on the tawa
Place the tortilla on a plate and add tbsp of Mayo
Then add the soya, paneer and veggies filling that you made
Top it with a little bit of cheese if you would like
Wrap the tortilla and tuck the ends properly. Wrap this in foil and enjoy your meal!!
