Add gm small cut onions and boiled soya in a mixer and grind
Boil gm of Potato in a pressure cooker
Add the grinded stuff and potato and mix properly
Add salt, turmeric and other masalas according to choice
Take a pan and roast the oval shaped tikki using oil
