Soya Chunks 100 gm

Onions 110 gm

Oil 20 gm (adjustable)

Potato 200gm

Salt, pepper, turmeric and masala for taste

Method

Step 1

Boil gm of soya chunks/granules in a container for min

Step 2

Add gm small cut onions and boiled soya in a mixer and grind

Step 3

Boil gm of Potato in a pressure cooker

Step 4

Add the grinded stuff and potato and mix properly

Step 5

Add salt, turmeric and other masalas according to choice

Step 6

Take a pan and roast the oval shaped tikki using oil
