soya chunks- 100 gm potato - 50 gm onion - 20 gm green chilli - 1 spices as per your choice
Boil gm soya and gm potato Squeeze out water from soya and make it into a paste in mixer Add the soya paste, boiled potato, onion, green chilli in a bowl You can add spices as per your choice. I have added chat masala, salt and coriander powder. once you mix all ingredients make them into shape of Tikki Place a pan, add gm butter and fry the tikki.
