knead a dough little hard than regular dough
give rest for mins
make liitle balls and press them in between palm
and now pork them from both side

put these balls on baking tray and spray gm ghee on both side of these unbaked matharis.
preheat microwave at °c for mins on convection mode
put tray in microwave on same convention mode for more mins
then use slim fry mode for mins and let these cool down
