soya chunks flour 70gm

aashirvaad multigrain aata 70gm

ghee 8 gm

Method

Step 1

mix soya flour and aata and add some carrom seeds ,salt,chilli powder+add gm ghee

Step 2

knead a dough little hard than regular dough

Step 3

give rest for mins

Step 4

make liitle balls and press them in between palm

Step 5

and now pork them from both side

Step 6

Greece the baking tray

Step 7

put these balls on baking tray and spray gm ghee on both side of these unbaked matharis.

Step 8

preheat microwave at °c for mins on convection mode

Step 9

put tray in microwave on same convention mode for more mins

Step 10

then use slim fry mode for mins and let these cool down
