Soya Flour - 60gms
Wheat Flour -50 gms
Potatoes -150gms
Onion -60Gms
Ghee -15 gms
Husk -5gms
Basic Spices - Jeera, Red Mirchi, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Salt
Sieve Both the flours - keep aside some flour for rolling(gms)
Add salt and Add boiling water in small quantity
Mix and Knead the flour. Keep aside
Boil the potatoes and crush it
Heat a little oil in pan as per macros
Add Jeera, potatoes, all spices as per taste and liking
Mix everything well. let it cool
Stuff the potatoes in aata and make Parathas out of it
