Soy granules 50g
Olive oil 5ml
Vegetables of your choice 10g peas 25g bell pepper green 20g carrot
25g Onion
1 Green chilli
Fresh coriander
Spices- Cumin seeds, dry spices
Juice of 1 Lemon
Soak soy granules in enough water for min. In a wok add oil, heat and add cumin seeds, once they crackle, add green chillies, onion and sauté till onion becomes light brown. Add veggies, you can use par boiled veggies too, as they will save cooking time. I have used raw,though. Once veggies are done add dry spices like salt, turmeric, red chilli powder etc and sauté for more min. Drain water from soy, squeeze lightly and add to the wok. Sauté together for a minute, add juice of lemon and garnish with fresh coriander.
