Method

Step 1

boil soya chunks and grind them after cooling. .heat pressure cooker in gas, add butter. .add chopped onion, tomato, cauliflower, daliya, and ground soya, garam masala,. .add one glass of water and salt as per taste. .close the lid removing the whistle and wait for - mins. .serve hot.
