150ml cows milk π₯
15gms peanut butter
20gms rolled oats
1 scoop whey protein (chocolate, vanilla, or cookies and cream)
80gms banana
Add all the Ingredients in a blender and make a shake.
Leave a little bit of peanut butter for decoration.
Fill the shake in a tall glass.
Melt the peanut butter in a microwave for about a min and drizzle over the shake.
