Slipper lobster 2 per person
Onions 50 grams chopped fine
Ginger garlic grated 10 grams
Lime juice , Italian seasonings, salt and pepper
Olive oil 5 ml for brushing on top
Preheat oven at degrees for minutes
Break the tail of lobster with meat tenderiser or shell cutter scissors ( used for crabs too)
Put a slit in tail , in a bowl mix onion, ginger garlic , salt and pepper. Stuff it inside the slit portion
Line a baking tray with baking paper , place the lobsters. Now take olive oil, lime juice and Italian seasonings and paprika and mix well in a bowl
Brush on top of lobster tails and grill for minutes at degrees
