casein protein - 16gm
low fat yogurt - 20ml
coco powder - 1tsp
skim milk - 40ml
Step . Take a microwavable bowl Step . Mash a banana (gm), then add oats, Coco powder, Yogurt, milk and casein protein. Step . Mix them all together and pop it in the microwave for minutes. Its done! Step . Give it a minute to cool down, top it with any syrup or have it with coffee! it's delish on its own ❤️
I prefer using casein protein when it comes to baking or microwaving! I just feel the texture is nicer. you can try with whey protein and adjust the ratio :) There is no rule. This is just an example ❤️
