Boil potatoes ,once done peel and mash then. Add bread crumbs , thawed gms tofu (scrambeled with hands),one green chilly corrainder leaves lemon juice ,salt ,jeera powder, cumin powder.
In a separate pan add ml of ghee and add ginger garlic paste, Saute for two min and add this to the mixture.
Mash and make cutlets and cook with ml ghee on a non stick pan.
