Method

Step 1

Fry Chana dal and dried chillies with gms oil in a pan, transfer into grinding jar, add salt and Asafoetida as per taste and grind. Add water for consistency. Grind for a min and transfer to a serving bowl. Total quantity makes gms, use serving size as per macros.
