whey protein powder ( mine is peanut butter chocoblast): half scoop, water 200 ml
microwave version: add water and whey in microwave safe cup. stir very well. now on highest power microwave it for sec, stir again microwave for sec, stir and again microwave for sec. It's ready to drink 🍸
Stove top version: mix whey and water thoroughly in a steel glass. Cover it with small plate and put the glass in steamer for one minute. Steel glass shouldn't touch the botton of steamer directly. Njoi the goodness 😍
