3 whole eggs

Half cheese cube grated

2 gm morninga leave powder (optional)

25ml milk

Tomato 10gm

Method

Step 1

In a oil greased microven proof baking bowl, add eggs, whisk them well. Add morning powder, milk, grated cheese, tomato.

Step 2

Mix well for - mins and season with salt, black pepper, dried oregano and herbs

Step 3

Preheat oven at deg C and then bake for mins.
