6 GMs Olive Oil
1 small carrot
1/2 Beetroot
1 Green Chilli
Chilli Flakes (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
Pepper (as per taste)
3 eggs
Put everything (except eggs) in the blender. Blend. Once it becomes a paste like consistently, cook it in a pan. After the gravy is cooked enough, make three spaces (as in push the gravy aside to make small pits in the pan). Then break open an egg in each of these spaces. Cook just enough to set the yolk and it should still runny on the inside. And you are done!
