sweet potato -200gm paneer - 50gm peanuts - 10gm cornflour - 10gm green chilli -2 no ginger - small pc salt - to taste red chilli - to taste chat masala - to taste oil - 15ml
Wash sweet potato thoroughly, wrap it in damp cloth and microwave it for min. Don't forget to make small cuts on sweet potato . . Peel sweet potato once it's out of microwave and mash it . . Roast peanuts in pan without oil and coarsely crush it once cool. .Grade paneer and add it to sweet potato. . Add roasted peanuts ,ginger, green chilli ,and masalas to sweet potato. . Give it desired shape and let it rest for min. . Meanwhile heat oil in pan. . Mix gms of maida in water. . Once oil is heated dip kebabs one by one in maida and shallow fry it . . Once it Is cooked serve hot with green and imli chutney along with onion rings.
