75gm panner

50ml milk

1 cloves

half bay leaves

cumin seeds

red chilli powder

salt

garam masala

garlic paste

half onion, hlaf tomato

coriander

Method

Step 1

Step: In pan add g oil add clove, bay leave, cumin seeds, garlic paste, tomato, onion cook for min then add red chilli powder,turmaric, salt and add panner pieces into it

Step 2

Step: Mix well and add milk then cover pan for min.

Step 3

Step: Stir once and add tea spoon garam masala and coriander. Cook for another - min

Step 4

Step: Have your healthy meal with roti or rice
