Ingredients

Semolina/ suji/rawa-20 g

Ghee -3 g

Mango -50 g (some pieces +pulp)

Whey (mango / vanilla/raw)- 1 scoop

Milk -125 ml + water (125 ml)

Cashew or any nuts / dry fruits- optional

Method

Step 1

Brush ghee on nonstick pan and heat it

Step 2

Add semolina and roast it on slow flame till aroma starts coming and colour changes

Step 3

Heat milk and water and add it to semolina carefully

Step 4

Cook it stirring continuously till it thickens to kheer consistency

Step 5

Cool and add mango pulp , whey Mix properly

Step 6

Garnish with mango pieces and nuts / dry fruits

Step 7

Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled Enjoyyyy!!
