Chicken : 200 gms
Peri peri masala : 2 spoons
Salt as per taste
Pepper crushed /pepper powder : 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice : 1tsp
Oil/ghee as per macros
Semolina /suji :for coating(use within macros)(i used 15gms )
STEPS: . Take chicken in a bowl . Marinate with all the spices mentioned( peri peri masala, pepper powder, salt, lemon juice ) . Keep it aside / refrigerate for / - hr .After hr . Heat pan . Grease pan with oil/ghee . Take chicken pieces coat all the sides with suji/semolina . Fry by changing the sides until chicken is cooked well without burning Semolina chicken is ready😋
