200 g milk
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
2 tomatoes

Using a rolling pin flatten the bread and cut in equal halves
Place the cut slices in a muffin tray , press gently and bake for minutes at degrees
Cut the tomatoes in two equal halves and scoop out the pulp
Toast them in open flame for seconds
Heat a non stick or cast iron pan
Grease slightly with butter
Now in a bowl take eggs , salt , pepper and milk
Whisk everything very well
Now pour it in pan
Keep folding the eggs every - seconds
Once it all comes together then place them in tomato cups
Put the tomato cups in bread bowls and serve hot
