Eggs - 2

Halloumi - 45-50 gms

onion - 50 grms

Spinach - 20 grms

Method

Step 1

Cook as one usually makes a scrambled egg (egg bhurji) and after it's done top it off with spinach and give it a quick spin so the Spinach has some flavor and still retains the crunch. *Spinach can be replaced by any no of veggies like cabbage/carrot/broccoli
