Milk 10 ml
Butter 10 grams
Salt and pepper
Cumber , lettuce or spinach , tomato
Toast 2 slices 25 grams each
Grease a cast iron or non stick pan
Break eggs in a bowl , add milk, butter , salt and pepper and whisk well
Pour the mixture in hot pan and stir n fold every seconds . Take it out once all cooked
Assemble greens and eggs in a toast and enjoy a yummy breakfast
