2 eggs
2 slice brown bread
Cow ghee 5g
Onion 20 g Tomato 20g Capsicum 20 g Green chilli
Pinch of Salt Pepper Magic masala
Grind the bread in a mixer. Break the eggs and put it in a bowl.
Add ghee to the pan. Add all the ingredients onion,tomato,green chilli sauté it for to seconds.
Add the grinded bread to it sauté it as well . Then add the eggs to the pan immediately add salt ,pepper and magic masala.
Then scramble everything.Keep doing it till the eggs and bread is mixed well and starts turning a bit brow in colour. Then it’s ready...
