2 Eggs

10 gm butter

Method

Step 1

Whisk the egg, salt and pepper in the bowl. You can add milk if it fits in your daily calories.

Step 2

Take gm butter in the non sticky pan and wait till it melts.

Step 3

Add egg mixture in the pan. Wait for seconds.

Step 4

Then pushe the cooked egg off the base and piles them up with Spoon.

Step 5

Wait for the seconds and repeat the step until you see soft curds. Make sure that you do not overcook.

Step 6

Now, take take breads, hit them on the pan.

Step 7

Spread scramble eggs on the bread.
