Ingredients

Fried rice : Rice 50gms Ghee-7 gms Veggies- beans, capsicum,cauliflower, onion 1-2 spoon Aachi or any Schezwan spice powder

Cauliflower fry: Cauliflower 100gms Ghee/oil 3 gms 1/2 spoon garam masala 1/2 spoon cilli powder 1-3 pinch mango powder Salt

Method

Step 1

Fried rice Heat ghee add all veggies and stirfry. When almost cooked add schezwan spice powder , salt Mix cooked rice, add lil lemon if you need it.

Step 2

Cauliflower fry Heat ghee/ oil and fry the cauliflower until brown add all the masala and salt
