Schezwan chutney: 1.5spoons
Garlic : 10 cloves
Green chillies : 4-5 adjust as per your spice levels
Corriander leaves : for dressing
Cumin seeds for tampering
Turmeric powder : pinch
Onions :40 gms
STEPS: . Wash and keep mushroom chopped in water with salt soak for - mins . Heat pan . Add oil . Add cumin seeds , wait till splutter . Add green chillies and saute . Add garlic cloves chopped, saute till golden brown but don’t burn . Now add onions and saute till soft . Now add schezwan chutney and saute . Now add mushroom and saute well till mushroom is cooked . Once cooked add corriander leaves for garnishing and serve with roti
