Cheese :25gms( use as per your choice i have used : port salut french cheese)
Veggies of your choice : 50gms( bell pepper,jalapeños,onions,peas ….used here)
Green chillies:1
Red chilli powder:1/4tsp
Chilli flakes,oregano: As per taste
Sauce of your choice : 1tsp
Bread slice : 2
Corriander leaves
STEPS: Savoury to toast: . Take a bowl . Add semolina, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, few onion chunks finely chopped . Add water gradually and make a a paste with little running consistency . Keep it aside Bread pizza : . Heat a pan . Add some oil/ghee . Dip bread in the savoury batter prepared above both sides and place it on pan . On the upper side of bread add some sauce of your choice ( i have skipped it here ) . Place all the veggies of your choice and some onion chunks and some corriander leaves on top . Now shred or grate some cheese on top . Cook on low flame covered for - mins but make sure to move your bread on tawa in between so that you dont burn the crust . Once the cheese is melted, take it out of tawa , drizzle some chilli flakes , oregano and enjoy your toasted bread pizza
