Rice cooked :40gms
Oil:5gms
Cloves/cardamom /cinnamon inch /star anise:2 each
Mushroom chopped : 100gms
Samphire chopped :70gms
Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder : as per taste
Oregano ,basil leaves , mixed herbs : as per teste
Ginger paste :1/4tsp
Garlic: 4 cloves
Onion chopped :40gms
Mint leaves optional
Green chillies :2
STEPS: . Heat pan . Add oil and let it heat . Add cumin seeds , green chillies ,garlicand saute Add all the garam masala and saute . Now add onions , ginger paste and saute till golden brown . Add samphire and mushroom and saute till they are soft . Add salt, oregano,basil leaves, mixed herbs,pepper powder and saute well . Now add cooked rice and cook on low flame for mins and keep sauting in between so that you don’t burn . Serve with any side dish or cchutney and add some chopped mint leaves on top
