fresh coriander
boil dudhi in pressure cooker then after cool down make a purée
temper oil and add spices including curry leaves
add tomato purée , cook for minutes
then add dudhi purée and sambhar masala along with water . make a consistency as per your choice
garnish with coriander and it's ready to serve
