ashgourd (sitafal)-50gm

onion-30gm
lemon-1 piece
spices-salt,red chilly,sambar masala,rai, coriander powder.
Boil dal ,ghiya and sithfal together in pressure cooker
after - vessel off the gas
take a pan add ghee in it and hot it
Now add rai saute it - mint now add onion
Stir it and add tomato and all spices in it and saute it
After mints add boiled dal in it cook for mints
Now add lemon and stir it
sambar is ready to eat hot with idly,rice,chapate,dosa.
