Ingredients

Prawns de shelled 200 gms

Mixed veggies 200 gms

Mushroom 100 gms

Sambal sauce 15 gms

Oil 7 gms

Roasted chilli paste 10 gms

Garlic 20 gms

Ginger 20 gms

Green chilli to induce spicy level

Crushed Pepper to induce taste

Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Clean the prawns and cut the vegetables in dices

Step 2

Now blanch the vegetables and mush rooms and allow it to dry

Step 3

Add oil in a kadai and allow the kadai to get hot to add sambal sauce, garlic, chilli and pepper

Step 4

Now add the veggies, prawns and all other ingredients

Step 5

Allow the prawns to cook for to minute

Step 6

You can finish the cooking process by adding some more sambal sauce according to your taste
