200 gms Banana 1 scoop whey (I used vanilla) 1 tbsp instant coffee 10 gms almond pinch of salt
To dry roast almond , add them to microwave tray , sprinkle salt.Mix well and heat for sec. Blend together banana , whey and coffee in a mixer. Pour the mix in a container and top with/mix in roasted almonds. Freeze for atheist hours. Before devouring place it on counter for mins.
