Chop vegetables as per availability ( i used broccolli, french beans, bell peppers and egg whites). . boil egg and cut them into pieces. . In a heated pan, pour olive oil, add vegetables and cover the lid for - till it softens. . Add spices, salt, garlic ginger paste and sriracha sauce and mix it well. . cook it for another - mins. and add chopped eggs into the pan. . garnish it with garlic powder, black pepper. . Add lemon juice to it. . serve it hot.
