Maxn mango flavour whey 20 gms
Saffron strands
Cardamom seeds
First soak gms of sago overnight
Before preparing for kheer, take Ml milk & mix gms of whey in it and keep it aside.
Boil ML milk with saffron strands & cardamom seeds after minutes mix whey which was kept aside as mentioned in step .
Put soaked sago & keep it on low flame for minutes.
Once it’s done garnish it with gms of finely chopped almonds.
Once in a while this protein rich dessert can easily be added to add some flavours to our diet.
