40 g rice 1 tsp ghee 30:30 ml water:milk 4-5 saffron strands 5 Almonds 5-6 raisins sweetner 1 clove 1 cardamom

Method

Step 1

) Take ghee in pan, and turn on the gas. ) add clove and cardamom into melted ghee, after aroma comes, add washed rice and saute for - min. ) Then pour milk and water mixture, add saffron strands add cook the rice. Add water if needed. ) When little liquid remain in rice, add sweetener and mix it properly and cook it till all liquid evaporat. ) lastly add chopped almond, raisins. Saffron Rice is ready. pista for decoration..☺️
