5 g Ghee
1 tbps Cumin seeds
1-2 Green chilli
Lemon juice
Red chilli powder
Rock salt ( fasting)
Sugar free ( as per taste )

Soak Sabudana for - hours. Or until it’s done
Pressure cook potatoes.
Roast peanuts on a low flame.
Peel potatoes and mash it , Grind roasted peanuts in a mixer, chop green chilli , Green Coriander.
In a big bowl take soaked sabudana , add mashed potato , add lime juice , rock salt , grinded peanuts , Red chilli, sugar free ( optional) .Mix it well.
In a Heated pan , add Ghee , cumin seeds, green chilli . Add prepared mixture.
Cover the lid for mins.
Serve hot with Green Coriander Chutney.
