Cheese cubes(3)

Sabudana 60gm

Potato 150gm

Ghee 5gm

Method

Step 1

Boil sabudana and potatoes.

Step 2

Mix sabudana with potato

Step 3

Add masala and salt as per your choice and make a mixture.

Step 4

Divide cheese cubes in pieces

Step 5

Make a ball of prepared mixture and put cheese cube in it.

Step 6

Apply some ghee on Appe pan and put the ball.

Step 7

Let them get crispy and apply ghee on both side.

Step 8

Serve them hot with chutney.
